During this celebration (hosted in-person at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center!) the Alliance will provide an update on the Live Healthy SC State Health Improvement Plan and State Health Assessment. In addition, we highlight existing health improvement work that supports the health priorities in the SHIP.
